Every condition page here starts with data, not guesswork. This section is being built around Stanford Medicines SleepFM study, published January 2026 in Nature Medicine, which trained an AI model on nearly 600,000 hours of sleep data from 65,000 patients to flag risk for more than 130 health conditions from a single nights sleep. Cancers, pregnancy complications, heart and circulatory disease, Parkinsons, dementia, mental health conditions — the model found signals for all of them, often before anything else did.
We are turning that research into a real library: one page per condition, plain language, sourced. It is coming. The science already exists — we are just building the front door to it.
Want the studies behind these condition links as they publish? See Research. Ready to find a device or clinic to act on a diagnosis? Check the Directory. And if you think insurers and providers should be doing more with this science, read what we’re pushing for in Advocacy.
